Any yogi worth their salt carries her/his own mat to class – for hygiene purposes as well as the familiar sweaty personal relationship you have with your own mat!!
A strong spine equals to more vitality, increase in levels of energy, better flexibility and stability. However in almost every asana class I attend or teach I find some people with pain in the back.
When you are stressed or tired, put your legs up the wall!
