Here are my all time favourite asanas to rest when I need extra pampering! This is five star luxury asana practice – thats what it feels like.
Stay in each of these for about 10 minutes each and you will get up feeling completely refreshed. They are all pretty easy to do.
Here is the sequence:
1. Legs up the wall
2. Butterfly up the wall
3. Rest in bridge like position supported on bolsters.
This practice will work wonders during your menstrual cycle. It is wonderful to do after a day of standing up on your feet, or when you feel you just need to come back to yourself.
