We have known each other so long. You haven’t exactly picked up the phone and called but I know you are having a tough time.
Don’t let circumstances get the better of you.Find a mat/ cushion and practice watching the breath. Just for five mins. Come home to yourself.
Recalibrate. Repeat as required!

Don’t feed irritation. Don’t give it more power. Trust your innate goodness.
You are way stronger, kinder and more beautiful than the apparent jagged edges in life you seem to have to navigate through right now.
This too shall pass.
Tough times don’t last, tough people do.
And it’s ok to have a good cry , but when you are ready wipe your tears. Wash your face, unroll the mat. I will wait for you there!
