Head, neck and Shoulders
These places attract stress and over time we may develop chronic pain in these areas. Try these yoga hacks:
Lift up the head up and down five times
Rotate the head clockwise and anti clockwise three times.
Look over your left shoulder and right shoulder three times.
Breathe in and lift your shoulders up towards your ears. Breathe out and bring them back down. Repeat three times.
Easy and quick ways to improve circulation, reduce swelling and promote joint health: Rotate your ankles three times clock wise and reverse the movement, point and flex the feet, open the toes wide and squeeze them few times.
